Getting Started#

Welcome to the OmniRing documentation! This guide will help you get started with your OmniRing device.

What is OmniRing?#

OmniRing is a versatile wearable development kit. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for communication with your companion app.

Unboxing#

When you receive your OmniRing, check the package contents:

  • OmniRing device

  • Charging cable/case (Depending on model)

  • Quick start guide (this document)

Charging Your OmniRing#

Before first use, charge your OmniRing fully:

  1. Connect the charging cable or place the device in the charging case.

  2. Plug the other end into a USB power source.

  3. The device will indicate charging status via LED lights.

  4. Full charge typically takes 1-2 hours.

Pairing with the Companion App#

To connect your OmniRing to your smartphone:

  1. Download the OmniRing Companion App from your app store.

  2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect via Bluetooth.

  3. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
